A precious child logoCBT will be supporting A Precious Child’s Precious Gift program.  We will be collecting birthday celebration essentials like cake mix, frosting, birthday candles, party plates and other tableware.  We will also take gift cards and new gifts for children (babies through teenagers).  Big yellow collection bins will be out during High Holiday services.

During the year, when families shop in A Precious Child’s Resource Center, a gift along with cake mix, icing and candles is given to a family or caregiver to help them celebrate a child with an upcoming birthday.

A Precious Child is based in Broomfield and provides children in need with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential.  They serve children and families in eight counties throughout the Denver metro area.  Agency partners including schools, health and human services, churches, hospitals, and safe houses refer families to A Precious Child.  Last year A Precious Child served nearly 40,000 children in Colorado.
